Your lucky then, I never seen 4g on my 1520 in Solihull. I was getting fast speeds with giffgaff 3g I'm on EE now and I get over 20mbps even inside. Yes I know it costs more but I don't mind paying extra for a good service.

Got mine today and it has the purple tint on the screen and volume buttons are loose, going back on Monday. This is ridiculous seeing as it is not a new phone.

IE is my biggest drain on battery as well, besides camera(I don't play games on my phone) On my 1520 it uses about 8% per hour if I'm not on mobile sites. On my 925s and 1020 it uses around 12% per hour on the same sites.

I don't think it has ever said Preview for Developers in the about section of my phone but I did do a hard reset on my phones after installing 8.1

Your thread was closed because the general consensus was that you were, shall we say stretching the truth. I have had both my 1520.1 and my friends 1520.3 side by side and there was no difference between the two with the same settings. I am able to reproduce the yellow effect that 'your phone'...

Glad you didn't let people put you off, all my phones batteries improved with the 1020 improving the most by about 25% better now than when it was on 8.0 and even then it wasn't too bad.

Where are you? Do you not know someone with a windows pc that you can use. I was told the compliant opposite about the warranty.
