same thing here... since the GDR2 update my phone has been randomly experiencing this same glitch. There is no pattern of specific apps running/not running or phone temp (hot/not hot). The forced reboot has cleared it each time it's happened so far but, I really hope this gets fixed asap...

The 8X looks nice and has decent specs but, having only 16GB pretty much guaranteed that it was off the list for consideration by me. 16GB may be fine for some and, if so then the 8X is definitely worth considering but, personally 32GB and/or expandable storage is a definite requirement for me...
