Tried that, I have even let them sit overnight and would not continue. Trust me, I would wait a week if I knew it would work in order to avoid a Hard Reset. Having to change settings, redo 2-step, etc. not fun... :)

Had same issue Lumia 950. I removed and replaced the battery and issue went away.

Tried on/off, soft reset. Nothing. Then tried removing and replacing the battery and that worked! Glance works again and if I open the settings it does not crash.

That is not true. Any one can open an account with USAA. I'm not a veteran. I have Accounts with USAA. Checking, savings, investments. Excellent bank. Awesome app.

After trying many solutions and nothing working, I created a MS user, removed the local user, login as the MS user and created a new local user. Only way to get the Store back. This is terrible Microsoft. There are many users with the same issue...
