This is a hardware failure of the MIC and USB flex. Mine also got the same problem. Purchase another one on either eBay or Amazon + necessary tools to disassemble the phone to solve the issue. It is fairly easy if you follow video tutorials of dis-assembly of the Lumia 925. Should be a 30 mins...
