I'm a 950XL running non-insider and not on Exchange. It's happened to me a couple of times. I think it happens when there's an OS update. Yep, just re-added the pictures again.

najgori, thanks for the tip. I shoulda thought of that :smile: I reinstalled last night and the first shot I shot today was stuck in nowhere land. I rebooted and the picture showed up along with 2 others shot before the reinstall. I'll keep watching this but first glance seems like problem...

Hey RiseUpGames, Just reporting a problem with ProShot on my 950XL AT&T DS non-insider. Seems like ProShot will not show shots just taken under some circumstance which I haven't figured out. If I swipe right in ProShot I see it, but if I go to Photos app, they're not there. Pictures taken...

Well, I was about to report I too had the same problem. I'm in USA and on AT&T non-insider. For several weeks, my microphone icon did nothing, whereas previously it worked fine. Not only that, when I entered queries by keyboard, it would return a result only to close down after a few seconds...

WOW, that was totally weird. I had been shooting shots using the hardware camera button. Since I was trying anything to debug this problem, I decided to shoot a picture using the on screen button. Then I noticed the Pictures icon in the upper left corner was replaced with the moving circle...

robertre, thanks, I'm on AT&T with dual sim 950XL but non-insider. No VVM for me yet but I'm glad to know VVM is coming to me one day. I called AT&T and they said my line (phone icon which is still grayed out in my account log in) was already provisioned for VVM

Your title says Start screen, but your post says Lock screen. If you did mean Lock screen, go to Settings, Personalization, Lock screen, Choose apps to show quick status, select the email app and choose none.

I say go get it! I'm a happy user. There's a few of us that are satisfied :wink:. You can always return it if you end up with a buggy/defective device.

I'm using the SanDisk 200GB microSD card. No problem whatsoever. I don't even notice any access speed issues.

I think you had a defective one. You would have been fine with an exchange. I love my 950XL. Mine is just as stable as my trusty 920 which I owned since Day 1. Good luck with whatever replacement you get.
