Same here. PC App is worthless though so I just gave up using synching to PC and just synch to phone app. Seen it reported by several others here also.

I've used my band on 20+ runs now and have never managed to have the GPS work. Every time I enable GPS but it just it says 'searching for GPS', I go for my run then when I return and synch with my phone app it doesn't display the route and says 'turn on GPS to show route map'. I am guessing it...

Good point - I know when I turned it on it said it was searching but after a couple of minutes I got tired of hanging around so never checked to see if it 'found' a GPS. Not sure why it would struggle so much though. Will check that out next time.
