I got the same problem. Upgraded from 10240 Pro. Now windows is not activated and there's a watermark in the desktop.

It's about two months, I'm facing this problem too. If anyone can reply a solution. N.B. It's most probably with the Denim update.

I have also got a "Critical Update" a few minutes earlier. And it's downloading now. Under - Settings > Phone Update - I can see the progress. So, is that an OS update? Lumia Denim? Or just some error fixing? I have never got this kind of message before. And Mr. Guest, who also have got this...
