Actually it would not be released in your region . The one everyone is using is the Developer Preview version made for developers but everyone can use it .

The nokia lumia 920 is a high end phone with all the good stuff and it is compatible with all new windows updates. Hope it helped .

same thing happened with me but when i did a hard reset for my phone because of some issues the battery life extended . It was because the apps that use more battery .

Re: windows phone 8.1 developer preview update problem when i hold down these buttons the hanging screen vanishes but nothing happened and when i left these buttons the phone restarted but same thing happened again . actually it is not hanging it is just not completing the installation process .

In a tweet nokia india said that they will be releasing the update in first two weeks of july but we don't know if it is only for india or for every windows phone 8 user .
