the only thing i can assure you is: Not in the next 3 months.

It's still too early to compare W10 to WP8.1 but judging from others who tried the TP, 8.1 is still the more stable version.

go to settings > phone update > check for updates :D

How about using data sense and setting the limit to 0mb haha and restricting data connection on background
