I soft reset all the time. I've done a hard reset a week after I got the phone in December. Might need yo hard reset it again. :/ . Now I don't know if I should exchange it. And even if I wanted to I wouldn't know what to say. Or just hard reset it.

Microsoft edge killing my battery even when background is turned off and when I'm not even using it. Anyone knows how to fix this issue, I'm on the latest build .107 fast ringer but still old firmware due to att.
