So, have had it since Friday and already one of the clasp springs seems to be not working. :( bummer. Hopefully they will have replacements in stock.

Both me and mke_geek have the same issue; both mine have failed. We both have bands from the same lot (1443). I'm curious to see if your band came from the same lot, too.

Where do you find the lot number? There are a lot of numbers on the nside of the clasp, but no 4-digit numbers as far as I see.

It's in the middle of the sticker on the bottom of the box, to the upper right from the serial number.

My clasp is getting worse :( I am really concerned about the design. It does not seem very robust.I am still waiting for new stock to come in to get a replacement, but I just may return it altogether if they don't come in by early next week. It is getting unwearable.

I was able to easily fix it. Took out the two screws. Removed button holder and turned over. Discovered the spring pushing them apart had come out of position. Put it back and reassembled. Works like new now. I'm a happy camper.

What size torx did you use? I need to buy a new screwdriver because a t6 is the smallest I have.

I got one at launch and it had a clasp issue so I had to return it. I just got another one today and the clasp has already gone bad :/

6 is the smallest I have as well think its a 4 or 3. Might have to get a micro tool kit with the torx in it.

I tried a T5 - still too big. Yes, I think a kit is the way to go.

Very cool it's easy to fix. Especially when you have no warranty like buyers outside of the US.

Good news. I was worried I would be stranded if my clasp broke.

I had the same problem with my Band. I resorted to having electrical tape secure it until I could repair it. the Torx bit is a T3 as has been mentioned. I had to "expand" the spring it my clasp a little, now it's working brilliantly.

Word of advise, when you release the push buttons from inside the clasp, be careful of the spring, at that point it's under tension because you have to squeeze the buttons out of the housing. Mine sprung up - hit in the face and landed a few feet away, lucky I have good eye sight, because finding a replacement would be allsorts of fun!

Fixed mine with the T3 Torx and some helpful colleagues with steady hands and some super glue...
screws off – squeezes the release to push buttons, get the spring to fit, glue and wait…
Now it is working again as it should, saved me some time over the Atlantic and back again…

    Guys,

Just broken one head of screw and i'm little concerned to drop off the band during my workouts.
Anybody knows the size of screw of the clasp? I wanna buy one to replace in future.

    Thanks,

    Igor
