    I know they started this at 1PM yesterday in order to give themselves maximum time to get them out to people (technically all orders placed after 1 get another day for processing), but has anyone gotten shipping notification yet?

    I just checked and I now have a shipping number and the order says complete. I checked like 30 minutes ago and it still had said in process. I should have mine Friday (make that tomorrow) !!

    Just checked mine... Says in process but Starbucks card is back ordered. Don't need that, so hope it doesn't hold up the order.

    Mine said that too. I guess MS was waiting on Starbucks to send some new codes before shipping them out. I hope to have it by Friday.

    Wow, they're sending it next-day! I was already getting free 2-day because of my Bing Rewards and order > $75. This way it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow! That's nice of them. :D

    I had a band in my basket yesterday but the store wouldn't let me check out and by the time I got help my basket was cleared. 😒 hope you guys enjoy, and I hope the opportunists with hugely inflated prices on ebay have a slow and painful death. 😁

    Ha, I am also dealing with that long day. Got tracking info yesterday. And I have a friend coming into town, so I'm gonna roll home really quick to start the initial charge so it'll be ready when I get home for real!

    I got mine yesterday. I'm living in Canada.... I made it delevered near the border.....so a great product. I'm really happy to see and have it from the beginning of it gadegt life.... a first time in Microsoft history.

    Funny enough, my wife took my gift card the moment I opened the package. I don't drink coffee either.

    Yup. I got mine Thursday. Apparently I got lucky, because I didn't even start the ordering process until about 12:08. I had a little trouble getting it to actually place the order, but kept trying until I finally got a confirmation. I don't regret it. :)

    I managed to order the Microsoft Band and I've not receive any shipping nor order notifications till date - yet my charge has already been charged twice! The reason I know my order went through is because I did get a notification from PayPal about the charge.

    I contacted them one day after I got the order through to ask what's going on and they said to wait another 4 - 6 hours. 4 - 6 hours later, I still had no sound of my order and they said to wait another 24 hours while they escalate this case. 24 hours later, no sound from them and they said to wait another 4-6 hours while they escalate this case again.

    Of course, nothing at all came back even after that.

    At this time, I found that my card was charged - no longer just an authorization and this was also reflected so on PayPal. I asked what is going on and they insisted that it was merely an authorization that will drop off. I've shown them proof that it was indeed a charge and they've denied that fact - only one person I spoke to acknowledged otherwise and understood what was the meaning of paying by PayPal.

    About 6 days later, a member of the "Escalated Support Team" got back to me about this and said that I will be receiving the Microsoft Band and that it was an authorization, not a charge. I replied and mentioned it was not an authorization and showed proof but also thanked her and told her I wanted to receive the MS Band soonest possible.

    A day later, another member of the "Escalated Support Team" replied stating that they have refunded the order. I'll usually be fine with a refund and that's it. But what they did was refund the order, then promptly charge it AGAIN. So basically I've had $199.99 refunded to my card, then $199.99 charged a few minutes later again.

    Microsoft is hopeless at running an online store.
