Hi,

I've had my band for about two weeks now. I've had it paired to an iPhone 4s and I will be receiving an iPhone 6 in a day or two. My band has seemed to have finally learned my body and steps. How do I pair my band with my new iPhone? and will it have to re-learn my body and steps. Thank you in advance for any answers.

The only way to pair to a new phone is to factory reset your Band first.

By doing that will the band have to relearn my body all over again?
(Ex. Steps, Heart Rate,Calories)

I believe most of that is stored in "the cloud". Hopefully when you install the app on the new phone it will pull down all that data so you should have at least the history. I think you can test that before resetting anything.
