Which information can I access with the Microsoft Band sdk to?

Hi, I would like to know to which information can I retrieve with the sdk of the Micosoft Band. For example, can I send a little text to the display of the armband??
Can I access to all sensor of the armband??

You can read data from all of the sensors in real time, and you can send text to the band—that is pretty much all.
