update issue or hardware bug?

Hi,

after i get my exchange and there was an update of the health app, too:
The step count and calory values on the band and the app are not the same.
The distance and sleep values are the same.
The app seems to show less step count and to much calories burned.
This values on the band seems to be correct.
What can be the problem?

I think i have the problem since i enabled the new feature "motion settings" once but i am not sure.
I had enabled it as my band what send to the service but it did not work. Now it is disabled.
Seems like the app use the motion controller of the phone anyway..
