    Hi all,

    I have been using Microsoft Health application for a few months with out issue. But last update got stuck at 25% download.

    • I canceled the update and restart it. but no luck.
    • I rebooted the phone (volume down + power )
    • I deleted the app and reinstall
    • Changed setting to install app on the phone not on sdcard


    No luck... the app does not download. I don't have issue with other application or update.

    So now my Microsoft Band is useless?

    BTW: I like the band feature even if it looks like crap after the battery cover start peeling...

    OK, Good news! After a few days of retry I got the error code 80070057 from the store. I pressed the retry button and the installation when through.

    error 80070057 could be cause by a faulty WiFi connection...and pressing "retry" restart the process. Maybe the error code reset the download of the Microsoft Health app. Who knows????

    Now it's working. I witch Microsoft would fix little store issues like this one.
