With just step, sleep, and calorie tracking i get 3 days. With a 2 workouts and a run i get 2 days. I've gone on a 15 mile GPS run (bluetooth off, GPS on, screen off) and it took half battery.

Just depends how you use it. 3 hour golfing with GPS took about half battery.

Definitely need to be careful with your charging schedule.

Like erich said, with just step, sleep, and calorie I get around 3 days. That's both with and without Bluetooth on. I would have Bluetooth on for 7 hours a day while working last Winter, and it still only needed charged every 3 days.
