Color of the Screen to change with Heart Rate

Has anyone heard of a add on for the band that will change the color of the screen with the Heart rate?

While I am working out running, crossfit or biking, I don't want to stop and look to see what my HR is. It would be easier if the screen would change color as My HR passes through the different levels.

Say If I hit the "Very Hard" level the screen would be red and if I am in "Moderate" it is Yellow and "light" it is green. All I would need to do is glance at the screen instead of trying to read it. Even if the entire screen can't change, how about just the color of the HR reading??

Think your only choices are tile colors and wallpaper designs.
