Band turns itself off every 30 seconds

I ran into a problem with my band. It is fully charged, but when I take it off the charger it turns itself off after around 20-30 seconds

Same happens when I start an "activity" like sleeping. It just vibrates and turns itself off... Anyone suggestions what can be done?

You could try a factory reset, but chances are it needs to be replaced.

I had that problem. Returned it back to MSFT and got it replaced.

Mine has started intermittently turning itself off if I take it off the charger before it's completely charged.

And I occasionally find it not charging.

My band has begun to do this as well. Just recently in fact. Up until a couple of days ago, it worked just fine.

I've been dealing with the same issue for about a week. I can't see how multiple devices are seeing the same issue at the same time. Maybe a SW issue. I just pre-ordered a Band 2 so hopefully my current device will hold out a few more weeks.
