Is it possible for my wife and I to share the band but sync it to our accounts without having to reset it? Like say if I went for a run one day and the next day she ran and wanted to sync her run to her account only?

Hmm, it might be if you only did it per day. It seems to wipe part of the data on unregister or re-register. Someone would have to test it or ask MS. If you did it each morning I believe you would be okay.

I would ask Microsoft if they care about you unregistering and registering the band a lot.

It might be possible, but it's really not designed for that. It's designed to say with the person 22-23/hours a day.

I'm pretty sure you'd have to reset it/re-pair it every time.

I can't imagine using it that way. In part because the notifications and alarms are so useful, and having access to that only half the time wouldn't work. Sleep tracking is also tremendously useful. But also exercise tracking isn't just about the hard core work outs.

In short, you'd only be getting about 20% of what the Band offers to use it that way.
