Can you adjust sleep start time
Last night I forgot to activate sleep on my Band 1 before I went to sleep. I awoke about three hours later and realised I had not done it so pressed the button. How can I adjust the sleep start time (and date) on Microsoft Health (or can I). I have only had the band 3 days so not quite got into remembering yet.
