Anyone having trouble charging the MS Band2?

I was exercising (playing basketball) yesterday and it died on me. I get home and put it on the charger and it has been stuck on 0% even though it has been charging overnight. I clean the device with alcohol after any exercise over 1hr. And with all stores being closed today I may have to go without my band for the first time since I purchased the original band.

Mine died yesterday, too. I tried to turn clock always on to see how battery goes - I used to use Rotate On. And, I got low battery warning in the middle of the day at the work so that I changed back to Rotate On and charged. So far no problem. When I got back home and put it on charge and noticed battery wasn't charged and stayed 5%. I can see it's connected and charging icon but charging level didn't move at all. So, I tried to power off and it didn't help. And then I tried to factory reset. Now My Band 2 is completely died. It stuck in reboot and didn't come up. What happened? :unhappysweat:

Yeah mine did that too just exchanged it, and terrified to let it drop too low.
