How does the band 2 cope with reading HR through arm hair? I have the band 1 and I wear it with the face out so I don't have a problem but since the HR is under the screen and I have more hair ontop of my wrist will I have a problem?

    Hi Bull94,

One advantage of having a diverse team develop the Microsoft Band is that we got to test it with all different levels of arm hair and skin types. :)

(I'm fairly hairy myself so knowing this worked was also of personal importance! )

That said, if the HR sensor is completely blocked and no light at all can get through, the Band would have problems reading HR, but I haven't ever seen an actual case of that.
