    Hello,

    I have just got my first MS Band 2 and was wondering what the difference was between the Bike/Run tile and the Exercise tile?

    I always workout in the gym and my routines are spinning, running (on tread) and circuits. I have been using the exercise tile for all workouts but I'm now wondering what the difference would be for a run I used the run tile and disabled GPS vs the exercise tile? Same goes for the bike tile vs exercise tile when spinning?

    Will the calorie burn be measured different, etc.

    Hope someone can explain this for me so I can make a better choice.

    Thanks in advance,
    Matthew.

    From what I understand, the Run tile is for "moving" activities. I believe the final stats / data are different. I have only had mine for two days so haven't sorted out the differences yet, either, but this may help;

    Hi Matthew-T,

    The run tile is better calibrated to measuring your heart rate during running types of motions. The exercise tile is more general purpose and will work in other scenarios aside from running. The same explanation is true for the Bike tile in regards to the other tiles.
