Band 2 not chargng at all

My band 2 is not charging anymore. I was plugging it in and it would come on asking me to verify the time and date because of power loss; however, it would not charge. I decided to reset the band, but it wasn't turning off, so I disconnected it. Now when I plug it in I get the battery charging icon on the lower right corner and a dot flashes every second on the lower left corner.
I had an issue with the 1st band which also wouldn't charge and I had to take it back to the store. Seems like I will be taking this one back for replacement. Has anyone had similar issues?

Hi,
I am also having same issue. I bought Band 2 just 2 months ago and its giving this problem....
I bought in US and now I am in India, kind of stuck......
Any help would be highly appreciated.

This issue has been widely reported and Microsoft is said to be working on it. For now the only fix is to exchange the B2. I'm on my second one and so far so good.

Guess I'm lucky for a change. My band 2 has worked perfectly since I got it.

Many have had their B2 working just fine then all of a sudden, up crops the problem. No idea what triggers it, but when it starts acting up, the problem doesn't "go away".
