Whats difference between the Golf, Run, and Weightlifting Tiles?

Are any of the calculations based off each tile difference?

I use the weightlifting tile for weights and yoga. I have the cycle tile for spin.

I DON'T have the run tile because I am out of space. Should aerobics go here? Or can I just use the weights or cycle tile?

Thoughts?

While there may be some subtle differences, I think this is the major ones:

Weightlifting: Exercise mode
Bike: Exercise with GPS tracking
Running: Exercise with steps and GPS tracking.

Note: GPS tracking can be turned off.

Bottom line, I think weightlifting is the catch-all for anything that doesn't involve going somewhere.
