Band wont show email, messages or calls.

I just bought a used band, installed MS Health and paired with my phone 640XL. which runs the most current build of W10.
It syncs and reflects all the health items like steps, sleep,etc.

It will not show email, txt or calls. I have uninstalled MS health and reinstalled, shut down tiles and then turned them back on, powered up and down both phone and band. I get a message 'Nothing new check back later. It obviously isn't seeing these functions.

Anyone had this issue and found a resolution??

I'm the same with my Lumia 950. Is the band not compatible with w10 mobile??

I am using the Band 1 together with a Lumia 640 DS running .63 W10M Preview and it is working fine. maybe you should to a factory reset on the Band and recouple it back with the phone

Have you checked Microsoft communities to find a solution? If not, here is at least one thread that "might" help. Search for other threads there if this one doesn't help.

Can add Cortana to the list.

Does a Factory Reset have any affect?

... at least the calendar is still working.

After a couple of resets it's working perfectly
