I see most nights I get "good" sleep restoration. Most people here think it has to do with variability in HR during sleep but no one knows for sure. When I go to the compare section on the website: https://dashboard.microsofthealth.com/#/compare/
I see on the very bottom sleep restoration and I have a score of 45 out of 100. I don't know what that means and wanted to throw this out there. The average for my group is 38.5 so I am doing better though I often feel tired
Any idea how they come up with the number and what it could mean?
