    I received the returned band in exactly the same condition as when it was returned to Microsoft. The strap is completely coming apart and is unwearable. I have written several emails but have had no response. Please advise what I can do..

    I suggest calling Customer Service and letting them know you have a product, under warranty, that is in urgent need of repairing. I also suggest you find your purchase information, as you'll likely need it to confirm your device is legitimate and under warranty. Describe to them the situation you experienced, and let them know that there was obviously a mistake. A call requires immediate answering, and email can sit there for weeks and no one can say anything.
