Why does my Band 2 alarm go off at random times?

Band 2 alarm goes off at random times.

It's pretty nice that the band will vibrate when my phone alarm goes off. Unfortunately, my band now vibrates at random times in the day. My phone alarm is set for 6:30, but the band will vibrate at 8 or 11.. There's really no rhyme or reason to when it decides to vibrate. Whenever it does vibrate, the original 6:30 time will show up on the screen.

Any ideas?

Is the activity reminder thing on? The one that tells you to get up and be active after not doing anything for X amount of time? Mine was on all day today and it vibrated randomly a few times until I remembered to turn it off.
