    Hello Forum,

Can someone please let me know if its possible for Microsoft Band 2 to alert me with a vibration or some kind of notification when my HRV goes above/below a certain level?

    Cheers

How are you planning on using this? I can see this being useful for exercise to make sure you stay in your zone. But I'm not sure as it's going to be helpful outside of that. Band 1 only checked the HR for 1 minute every 10 minutes. I haven't heard what Band 2 does, but it's probably about the same. If you're worried about a medical condition, I don't think that's going to work for you.

I'm not the following... measuring/tracking HRV requires more than an monitoring HR. How are people doing this?

That only sets the level. Is there a way to cause the alert to fire when a certain HR level is reached?

OK, you're talking about Heart Rate Variability, not just heart rate. I don't think the Band measures that.
