How to Remove Connect with Friends from Phone

I do not wish to compete with or connect with friends. Even if I did, I do not know anyone else who has a Microsoft Band. So how can I delete or move to the bottom the top section of Microsoft Health on my phone which "allows" me to connect with friends? It just takes up space and pushes further down the tiles that I do wish to see.

you cant sadly its stuck up there till microsoft puts code into arranging them or delete them all together. sorry

Thanks Brian, at least I know that it isn't due to my own lack of ability to navigate through all the sometimes bewildering menus.
