Band Email Tile connected to Iphone 6S+ not showing emails

Made the switch from my Icon yesterday.. Left Verizon after 15 years and moved my phone to AT &T family plan with my wife and saved $25 including paying for two new iphones.

Trouble setting up my band on IOS. No email notices (using outlook as email client on iPhone not the native email program.) Only getting email notices when I enable the "notifications" tile.. which seems to work ok, but would rather just see the mail on the email tile.

Have tried all the settings on the health app and on the iPhone.

I'm on iOS and the only email that I get a notification from is the email I use to login to MS health. It may be a coincident but my email is has an outlook.com extension.

Am I the only one of a few using IOS and the Band 2? Do any other IOS users get email notifications other than through the combined "notification" tile?

I don't get any email notifications either (IOS user)

I do use iPh and get email notifications. Have had B1 and now B2 - never an issue.

I do not use Outlook client. I use native iOS mail.
