Microsoft Health question

So this is probably a stupid question, but my Microsoft Health app has just started indicating or showing a number on the live tile like the ones you see on Facebook or e-mail letting you know you have unread messages or posts. I have however been unable to determine what the app is trying to tell me. Does anyone know what this number means?

Apparently it is a known issue, a feature that was released too early I believe.
