grayed out tile options

I noticed my HR sensor wasn't working, so I factory reset my Band. (HR still doesn't work) Now I have several tiles that I can't turn on:

1. Calls
2. Mail
3. Facebook
4. Facebook Messenger
5. Twitter
6. Notification Center

MS Band app is updated. The Band itself is updated. Soft rest of the phone doesn't solve the issues either. Is there something I'm missing on getting these tiles turned on?

Solved:

Deleted the Band app and reinstalled it.

LOL. My only issue is hardware related now. No HR sensor, which is throwing off my caloric burn during exercise. I had noticed I didn't think my caloric burn was right, but I thought the Band knew better than me. It wasn't until I tried comparing my Band reading vs my bluetooth chest strap for Runtastic that the HR sensor is shot. Not a big deal but I use the calorie tracking. Now I'm having to use the chest strap and my Runtastic app. Leaving for vacation on Saturday, so I have to go a couple weeks before I can return it for a replacement.
