Wondering if it's possible to run a server locally on Hololens? Not sure if this is doable or not, thought I'd ask the community!!

My guess is no. First, I'm pretty sure all the nifty features of HoloLens are in the HoloLens OS. I'm pretty sure its not straight up Windows 10 running on it, the same way its not straight up Windows 10 on phones. Secondly, its only utilizing an Intel Atom chip (well, that'd be the only processing power the server will probably have access to without major hacking, seeing that the holographic processing unit probably isn't natively supported by Windows server or any other server for that matter). So, from a practicality point of view, it'd never make sense to run a server on there. From a hacking perspective, it may be a neat adventure that i'm sure would probably eat up lots of time, especially if one found some way to gain access to the sensors and what not, but ultimately, i think it'd provide a subpar experience with nothing to gain.

That's kind of what I was thinking. But yeah, would be a cool project to tackle or at least try.
