Hello all,

I have just checked the Microsoft UK Store, and they're currently selling 435's SIM-Free in Green or Orange for ?49.99, which includes Free Delivery.

I've just ordered an Orange version as, quite frankly, ?49.99 is a fantastic price for a back-up Smartphone!

Does anyone else think this price is pretty good for what the 435 is as, to be honest, the ?69.99 price didn't interest me but this lower one does?

Typically it'll be ?29.99 + ?10 for a Top-up so = ?39.99, which is fantastic if you're on said Network, but Three Mobile doesn't sell the 435 at the moment. However, this is definitely the best SIM-Free deal I've come across so far. The 435 only makes sense when priced as low as this, as before it was too close to the 535.

I just want MS to release a high-end Lumia, as my 1020 is now 16 months old...this is the longest I've ever had a High-End Smartphone!

My appologies, I should have been more clearer it is not being sold at ?29.99 or ?29.99 + ?10 top but from 39.99 + ?15 top up (on EE pay as you go) and sim free at ?70.

I have had my 920 just under 30 months and that is not the longest I had used a smartphone as a daily driver :). So yeah... another few months is not a big deal to me personally as there is a lot to look forward to (check out the WINHEC presentations at http://channel9.msdn.com/Events/WinHEC/2015 )

Just so you're aware for the future, Carphone warehouse sell all their PAYG phones unlocked - so if you buy a phone for ?29.99 plus ?10 top up, you can throw away/give to a friend the top up and use the phone with your own sim. I have done this twice myself.

Just to clear this up.

The phone is available for ?24.99 from Carphone Warehouse on 'PAYG upgrade'. This requires you to have an eligible SIM (in use for 6 months or more, and active). No top-up is required when purchasing a PAYG upgrade. The phone will be a fully unlocked CV-GB variant (the same as purchasing a SIM Free variant, as are all PAYG phones from Carphone Warehouse).

Either way, it does have to be said the prices that are now flying out for the 435 are much more adequate - good no matter what!

But, I was definitely not aware of CPW selling their Handsets Unlocked, many thanks for that!

Waiting patiently for the 435 to be available in the US on prepaid. Not sure why it's taking so long to be available to buy here. You can get it unlocked for $100 but that's too much.
