How do I change the accent color on my Lumia 435?

accent colour on Lumnia 435

I chose cyan as my accent colour, no trouble until today when all cyan is now black. Start+theme still shows it as cyan. What can I do ?

1. check to see you haven't added an all black wallpaper in the same setting section.

2. go to settings > ease of access and see if high contrast is on.
