I tried, I got the same message. I think T-Mobile has to test and allow the update for it to be available to us. We will see.

I got it to work after installing the Windows Insider app. This is what I did:
1. Install Windows Insider and Upgrade Adviser
2. Selected Fast Ring via Windows Insider, update via system settings
3. After Win10 installed (.107), performed a factory reset
4. Installed two updates via settings
5. Installed the last update (.164)
- Note - I did not perform a settings restore after the factory reset and I did not reinstall Windows Insider since the Official Win10 installed.

I switched back to 8.1 GDR2. I couldn't take the battery drain - even after disabling all background apps or keeping in in airplane mode. Performance was OK as expected with a low end device.

Ahh. I wonder if the battery drain improved a little bit, because I'll like to try insider on this device, just for fun. I don't have anything that I can't redownload on it.
