Why can't my Lumia 532 connect to my pc via usb?

Lumia 532 can't connect pc via usb

I have a lumia 532 dual sim (RM-1031) with windows phone 8 and I can't connect it to my PC with windows 10 via USB cable. It charges the battery and it recognizes the phone in the devices panel but I can't access its contents. The troubleshoot panel in the device panel says that "Lumia 532 dual sim (RM-1031) doesn't have a driver". Is anything I can do to fix this?

Double click the Lumia 532 Dual Sim and click on update driver, follow the on-screen prompts to download the driver from windows update.

That generally works, however please join and let us know how you got on.

I have done it several times (update driver) but I get always the same error "Lumia 532 dual sim (RM-1031) doesn't have a driver"

Try installing Windows Device Recovery Tools or search for Nokia Care Suite and install it. Both of them come with the driver packages.

Thanks for your help but I have installed both of software that you suggested and still not work... Windows Device Recovery Tools says that I've the latest software and firmware on my lumia. Any other ideas?
