Project my screen app not working for LUMIA 535

Hello guys, I have bought the LUMIA 535.
When I use the "Project my screen app" using the official nokia usb cable.
After allowing to project my screen in my mobile.
The screen cannot be projected??? only the default outline of mobile is shown in laptop (all black).
I can make clicks, and the changes are reflected on the device..
But the screen is not shared to the laptop...

I also have the LUMIA 730 DS, and it shares the screen successfully..

Details:-
i have tried
->reinstalling drivers
->used 3 original cables
->used 2 laptops

it is just not working.
my blind clicking on laptop effects the phone..but screen is not shared.

Has anyone tried the project my screen app in lumia 535??
If it works for you,please tell me these details:-
Which cable?
The version number of Lumia 535 drivers in windows(device manager)?
And your Lumia Windows Phone 8.1 exact version number?

Please help me guys, i m frustrated with this prob, is the only solution to this is, soft reset ?

Yeah. Well I am already in contact with them. Also sending screenshots. Lets hope for the best. You also should keep on posting to them for the problem, more the merrier

Same here. I am not able to project Lumia 535 screen on my laptop. Tried all workarounds but no luck!

there is nothing wrong with windows drivers.. its a problem with the device. I have mentioned to lumia support on twitter. they are looking into it.

I a not sure what you asking but if you want Service Pack 3 for XP. See below link.

This is confirmed, folks! Get the latest (as of 1 May 2015) desktop version of the Project My Screen App here. Just tested it with my L535 and it does now work.

In Windows build 10.0.10586.218 screen projection is not working :amaze:. On laptop is connected with phone, phone pops up for allowing screen projection. In said build not happening like. Please resolve this wrong.
