Update stuck at 0%

I accidentally clicked on the Estonian language on the keyboard setting (I was supposed to click English) and I went and removed it quickly once I saw that i misclicked. After a few seconds, a notification showed up that an update was available, it was a language update, probably the estonian one, so I went in and updated it thinking that I can remove or delete it later. But, 4-5 hours later, it's still stuck at 0%. I don't think my internet connection is THAT slow. Any solution?

Already fixed, it was the battery saver that was preventing the update. I'll leave this here for future reference of other people.
