win8 update 15114 problem

i got a problem after updating to this version which it's the latest version



after that whenver i download any app from store it says :

My family setup needed
my family needs to be set up before you can get this app

iam 19 i signed with my Microsoft account the one that i used it before update and it's birth date is over 18 so how to solve this problem ?

also after updating i get new software update available ?? what is that update and how to know it's info before installing it ?

do a hard reset good day. or make a new microsoft account
