Hi Updated my Lumia to GRD2

Now it wont play videos i record on the phone

If you switch the video settings from FWVGA 848x480 to VGA 640x480 the videos work, but smaller aspect

Doesnt play all of the older videos I had already recorded, have tried to copy back to PC and back to phone, hopefully an update in the future will bring the videos back correctly?

Also wont play the vidoes that used to work on my phone

anyone else suffered this problem, is the update unstable?

I have no such problems, video records and plays in both resolutions.

Thanks for the reply, i rechecked the box for preview for developers last night and got an update for this, now my videos all play as normal, and i can record in FWVGA once more.

Strange how many routes you have to go down just to get your phone working correctly.

Happy man for now, just looking forward to Windows 10 now!!

i updtaed to gdr2 using windows insider, and got the lumia update through the preview for developers.

This fixed many things, including restoring my camera/video functions fully.

going to sit tight and install windows 10 when its a bit more stable, have already rolled back, but looking forward to the final release now!:grin:
