Why isn't my Lumia 535 updating over mobile data and also not over wifi connection?

my lumia 535 is not updating over mobile data and also not over wifi connection

it is showing "you need to connect to wifi to download the update"
while is it already connected to wifi and mobile data

Technically, your phone cannot connect both to Wi-Fi and Mobile Data at the same time - your phone switches between these two with preference to Wi-Fi when available.

You could try disconnecting from mobile data, restarting your phone and then trying to download the update again. Note that you have to be connected to Wi-Fi, preferably to Wi-Fi only, to be sure that the phone will download the update.
