Should it take one hour to get from 90 to 100 battery while charging?

One hour to get from 90% to 100% battery !

Hello ! i bought a new lumia 535 a week ago and it takes an hour to charge from 90% to 100% ! But to charge it from 10% to 90% it takes two hours ( that's 40% per hour charging rate) that's weird, i tried emptying the battery to 0% and charging it and the same thing happened, I charged it using my PC and using my old L625 Charger (which is faster) and it's the same thing!
Any remarks ?

The phone is still new so you will need to calibrate the battery.. Charge till 100% and drain it down to 5%, do this for about two weeks..

Another issues:

- Slow charger?
- Faulty battery?
- power output?

I'm just blurting those out I think you just have to calibrate

Have you checked the battery saver app and what apps running in the background?
