My Lumia 535 shows that your phone can't connect to the wifi network, why?

my lumia 535 shows that your phone can't connect to the wifi network

when i entere my ID password to connect my phone shows me this thing every time
and it connects to other wifi network but not mine

nup/.// not a phone... but laptop can connect ........

So a different phone can't connect either? might be a problem with the router itself, or that all your devices are using one static ip?

nup... it is not connecting to another one wiifi network and showing same message on screen...
last night it got connected to that network... but now it is not

Delete the network from the phone, soft reset the phone, turn off the router, turn it back on and try to connect again...

Repeat these steps but with a hard reset :/ if the soft reset didn't work

Everytime my device conects to the same hotspot wi-fi it takes me to the login page and ask me for the credencials. In android i had to insert them once in life-time (since i had marked the field "Remember my Login" in the first login).
Is there some way to fix this issue?
