Why do I get a permanent Store error 805a01f4 when Purchasing?

Permanent Store error 805a01f4 when Purchasing

HI guys, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a permanent problem with the Windows Phone Store. Every time I try to purchase an item I get error code 805a01f4, which is supposed to be an temporary error for when the store is down.

I have deleted my MasterCard from both my wallet and online with my MSFT account payment info, and re-added it. To no avail.

Anyone knows what the trick is?

Using:
Windows Phone 8.1
Lumia 535
South African Windows Phone Store

You use the south African store but when you made your MS account you also have as region South Africa?
So do the regions/countries of your MS account and your phone match?

So I checked and both where set to South Africa. I did however go further and set both to USA as I know sometime in the past I did have it set as such for Cortana.

I forgot to mention that I receive the error when trying to make an in-app purchase inside 6tag to remove the ads.

So to answer. Yes, MS acount and phone regions do match, but on neither RSA or USA does it work
