How do I sync my SD Card to my Lumia 535?

how to syncronise sd card to lumia 535

most of the photos , songs and video are not syncronised to my phone. how can i get that ?

What do you mean they are not being synchronized? Did you insert an SD card that already has songs, photos, videos, etc. in it?

Its very simple

Insert SD card
Activate your phone
Unlock the phone
Open the Notification Panel
Scroll down and go to Storage Sense
Select SD Card to the phone (You can select music , photos, videos , apps whatever)
Then Move to Phone
Crossverify the SD card and check if it had been moved or not.
