We would need additional details in order to provide more detailed solutions. At this point, however, have you tried pressing the volume buttons at the side of your Lumia 535 to increase the volume of the tone? Have you tried downloading or saving an audio file that has a loud volume by itself?

Most phone speakers (ringer, not earpiece) respond to frequencies between 4000-6000Hz, so you may want to consider using ringtones that are in that range.
